A “Parade of Seniors” will be hosted by the Shepherd High School in the Village of Shepherd on May 31 starting at 3 p.m. According to a post shared by the Shepherd High School, “Seniors will parade through town in celebration of their school year. The parade will end at the bus loop.” Diplomas will be handed out to the graduates who are not able to attend graduation. My1043 will be hosting a live “Commencement Saturday” program from noon until 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 23 during which they will honor high school graduates from the area. . The presentation can be listened to live on either the radio or on the My1043 mobile app, or via a live Facebook video stream. According to a Facebook event which has been posted by the radio station, valedictorians, salutatorians, and administrators from different area school districts will appear during the program, and the names of graduates will be read live on the air. . ##Read More →
