- Foundation Gears Up For Summer Grant Cycle
- Music in the Park to be held throughout June at Island Park
- After School Bash to be held June 9 inside Shepherd Community Park
Ithaca, MI– The Gratiot County Community Foundation has infused additional monies into the 2020-21 competitive grant cycles to help nonprofits respond to local needs in this global pandemic crisis. There will be around $105,000 available in the summer grant cycle and applicants are encouraged to think creatively and strategically. To meet the current and anticipated needs of the communities they support, organizations may need to adjust their programming models, communication methods, and technological capabilities. The Foundation’s Board of Directors and Distribution Committee volunteers are open to learning about those changing needs and investing grant dollars where they can be most impactful.
